2013 JD Power Initial Quality Award – Toyota Camry

The 2013 Toyota Camry was recently ranked number one in the midsize car segment by a J.D. Power Initial Quality Survey. The Camry, the top-selling car in America for the past 11 years, is available at Toyota of Killeen. J.D. Power measured problems midsize car owners experienced in their first 90 days of ownership. The J.D. Power study, now in its 27th year, looks for issues with the vehicle’s design which often become prevalent in the first 90 days of ownership. Of all the cars in the midsize segment, the Toyota Camry had the fewest amount of problems. In fact, the Toyota Motor Corporation’s Lafeyette, IN plant – which produces the Camry – was awarded the Platinum Plant Assembly Line Quality Award for producing models that yield the fewest defects or malfunctions.

The current generation Camry, introduced as a 2012 model, features a contemporary design, upgraded interior, a 40-mpg* hybrid model and an array of features that consumers like. The Camry has won numerous other awards including IIHS Top Safety Pick Award, NHTSA 5 Star Safety Rating, IntelliChoice Ownership Costs Award and many, many more. If you’re interested in getting into a Camry yourself, come visit us at Toyota of Killeen. We have a large selection of Camrys in stock.
