Another path that’s on the longer side is the 183A Shared Use Path. It’s about 7 miles long, and it stretches through a wide swath of the area. The great thing about this trail is that you can use it for so many different activities. Want to take a walk or a jog? It’s perfect for that. But you can also ride your bike along the path if you’re more interested in that. Basically, it’s a central spot for most people who live nearby.

Cotton Belt Trail
The Cotton Belt Trail is located in Waco, and it’s also one of the local trails you should be checking out. It was opened back in 2013, so it’s a relatively new addition to the area. It was also made from an old railroad corridor, so it has quite a bit of history attached to it. It’s one of those places that you have to see if you’re walking around Waco, so drive there sometime soon so you can explore what it’s all about.
